Yes. Every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary appraisal for insurance purposes.

Shipping Information

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or out-of-stock items typically ship within 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

Yes. Overnight shipping is available at checkout for eligible in-stock items. Orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same day.

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured FedEx. International customers may pay by PayPal or a U.S.-issued credit card. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us at shipping@jayfeder.com for a shipping quote and timeline.

Yes. Every order — domestic and international — is fully insured through FedEx, UPS, or our third-party insurer until confirmed delivery.

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. You can also log into your account to view your shipment status anytime.

No. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders over $1,000 require an adult signature upon delivery.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You may also choose installment payments through Affirm at checkout. For wire transfers or check payments, please contact contact@jayfeder.com.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment gateway, ensuring end-to-end encryption and data protection.

Sales tax applies to orders shipped within Florida, where our retail showroom is located. Orders shipped to other U.S. states are currently tax-free.

Yes. Simply enter your gift card code at checkout. If you experience any issues, contact us and we’ll apply it manually.

Yes. We partner with Shop Pay Installments to provide flexible monthly payment options, subject to approval.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Full-price items: Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit within our standard return window.
  • Discounted items up to 40 % off: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Discounts over 40 % off: Final Sale – not eligible for return or exchange.

All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, paperwork, and receipts included. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Email returns@jayfeder.com within 3 days of receipt (for shipped orders) to request authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Yes. In-store purchases may be returned to the same location under the same timeframes as online orders, provided all packaging and documentation are included.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved. Check refunds may take up to 20 days to process.

Yes. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We’re happy to assist you in selecting a new item or issuing store credit.

Repairs and Maintenance

Yes. We offer expert repair services for jewelry purchased through our store. Contact us with photos or bring your item in for evaluation.

Most repairs take 2–8 weeks, depending on complexity. Some pieces are returned to the original designer’s studio for specialized restoration.

Minor repairs may be complimentary; others may incur a charge depending on materials and scope of work. We’ll provide an estimate before proceeding.

Yes. We offer professional cleaning and polishing to maintain brilliance. Annual cleaning is recommended to preserve your jewelry’s integrity and shine.

Custom and Special Orders

Yes. Many designs can be customized for ring size, chain length, metal color, and gemstone choice.

Any item that is customized, made-to-order, or altered from its original design is considered a special order.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require a 50 % deposit. Production usually takes 2–8 weeks.

Yes. You’ll be notified via email as soon as your custom piece is complete and ready to ship.

Jewelry Care

Keep each piece in its original box or pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid storing multiple items together.

Use mild soap and warm water with a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless recommended for your piece.

While fine jewelry is crafted for durability, remove it during activities such as swimming, exercising, or cleaning to prevent damage.

Yes. We recommend professional cleaning and inspection once a year to maintain brilliance and security of stones.
