Set with 215 round brilliant diamonds in tennis necklace; total carat weight is 5.25ctw. 

The pendant's measurements are 11.58x11.80mm. The necklace is 15.25-17.75 inches long (with extension, see photos). Total weight of the necklace is 13.9 grams.
